The NibNobble name, branding, themes, and site design are owned by the operator or licensors. AI output may not be unique; similar recipes may be generated for others. You may use generated recipes for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise. Do not imply that NibNobble endorses your products or publications without permission.

The site may include advertisements and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIBNOBBLE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY RECIPE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS.

You agree to defend and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on generated recipes.
